We contacted Kelli at a neighbor's recommendation after our house had been on the market for several months with little activity. By then we had another house in a nearby town and our house was empty. For our interview, Kelli arrived having done her homework on the market and our neighborhood. She evaluated the house and suggested a few minor staging touches, which she would take care of at no expense to or labor for us (mirror above fireplace, painting above another fireplace, bowl of oranges on counter, etc). We signed with her and left the state for the winter. In our absence, Kelli took the lead in a confident manner, doing her staging, setting up open houses, and generally handling everything so professionally it could have been her own house. She communicated with us at every turn, exceeding our expectations. Just as important, she listened to us about selling the assets of the house and our neighborhood. Only two months after Kelli put the house in the MLS, we had a full-price offer and a closed deal. We highly recommend her.
We had the opportunity to work with Kelli on the recent sale of our home in East Greenwich. She professionally photographed our home after staging it with a professional decorator, all at no cost to us. My house was not officially for sale as I had a tenant lined up with a three year lease. I had specific requirements that had to be met if I were to consider selling. Multiple agents contacted me about the house, but Kelli was the only one who listened to the fact that I was not a motivated seller. She did not try educating me about the comp set, a fair listing price, etc. and was able to work out an agreement with her clients to close the deal. She set herself apart from her peers and was able to win the business.
We used Kelli on two occasions, to sell our home in RI and as our buying agent in Southern MA. Both experiences were great! We listed at a time when other homes were for sale in our area and through persistence and multiple open houses we sold first.
